This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the managed WordPress hosting services provided by F9Host Technologies Private Limited. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Our goal is to offer a reliable, secure, and efficient hosting environment while protecting the integrity of our network and ensuring fair use among all customers.
2. General Guidelines
- Free Transmission of Information: F9Host is dedicated to the free and secure transmission of information via the internet. Our services facilitate the storage, distribution, and exchange of your digital content.
- Legal Compliance: You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including those related to fraud, anti-corruption, trade sanctions, export-control, intellectual property, and data privacy.
- Content Responsibility: F9Host does not actively monitor customer content. However, content reported for violating this AUP or applicable law may be reviewed and subject to removal or further action.
3. Resource Usage Limits
3.1. Server Load and Performance
- Load Average Limits:
- Your website must not sustain a load of 4 for more than one hour; otherwise, the service may be automatically restarted.
- A load of 2 should not be maintained for over two hours. Prolonged high usage may result in an automatic restart.
- Email Transmission:
- Configure your website to send no more than 10 emails per hour. If higher limits are justified, please contact support via a ticket to request an adjustment.
3.2. Shared Resources
- CPU, Memory, and Bandwidth:
- Resources such as CPU cores, memory, and bandwidth are shared among customers. Excessive or prolonged high usage that impacts other users is prohibited.
3.3. Excessive Utilization
- Monitoring:
- F9Host continuously monitors resource usage. Exceeding agreed limits may result in billing adjustments, suspension, or termination of services at our discretion.
4. Prohibited Activities
4.1. Spam and Bulk Mailing
- Unsolicited Bulk Email:
- Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial emails is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automated systems to send bulk messages or maintain an open, unsecured SMTP relay is not allowed.
- Consequences:
- Verified reports of spam abuse may result in account suspension and potential penalties, including fines and legal action.
4.2. Malicious and Abusive Practices
- Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS):
- If your website is involved in DDoS attacks or repeatedly suffers such incidents, your service may be terminated.
- Our systems will automatically suspend any website with a 5-minute load average exceeding 30.0.
- Other Prohibited Uses:
- Hosting or distributing malware, phishing, botting, or any activity that compromises network security is strictly forbidden.
- Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining, open proxies, or file-sharing activities that strain network resources are not permitted.
- Use of our services for illegal activities—including fraud, harassment, or terrorist-related content—is grounds for immediate termination.
5. Customer Conduct and Protection of Services
5.1. Prohibited Customer Content
You represent, warrant, and agree that your content shall not:
- Infringe, misappropriate, or violate any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, confidentiality, moral, or privacy right, or any other proprietary or intellectual property right.
- Be defamatory, fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive.
- Constitute or enable spam, phishing attempts, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other malicious activity.
- Be pornographic, sexually obscene, sexually exploitative of children, or otherwise sexually explicit.
- Promote terrorism, violence, discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, prostitution, human trafficking, or harm against any individual or group.
Whether content is in violation of these terms shall be determined at F9Host’s reasonable discretion. In appropriate circumstances, repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
5.2. Be Decent
Treat F9Host and its personnel with decency, professionalism, and respect. We will extend the same courtesy to you.
5.3. Compliance with Laws
You agree to use our services in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You also agree to cooperate with F9Host by providing any information reasonably requested to ensure legal compliance.
5.4. Malicious Activity
You agree not to engage in, attempt to engage in, or encourage others to engage in any malicious activity. For our purposes, “Malicious Activity” includes, but is not limited to:
- Accessing or tampering with non-public areas of our services.
- Testing the vulnerability or breaching any security measures of F9Host systems.
- Circumventing any security measures implemented by F9Host or third parties.
- Copying, modifying, decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or attempting to derive the source code of any part of our services.
- Interrupting, damaging, destroying, or limiting the functionality of our services.
- Hosting, uploading, or transmitting malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
You must cooperate with F9Host to promptly isolate, mitigate, and eliminate any malicious activity. If such activity is determined to have occurred unintentionally (for example, during a website migration), you will be given the opportunity to correct it. Failure to do so may result in F9Host eliminating the activity on your behalf for a fee.
5.5. Resource Limitations
You shall ensure that your hosting plan’s resources and quotas (such as visits, disk space, CDN, and bandwidth) are accurately maintained. Do not overburden our services or any associated CPUs, servers, or resources.
5.6. Testing of Customer Applications
Customers may perform limited security and penetration testing of their applications (“Customer Tests”) provided that:
- Load testing in any form is strictly prohibited.
- You provide notice of the schedule and scope of the test to [email protected] at least seven (7) days prior to commencing the test. This notification is solely for our monitoring and record-keeping purposes.
- Customer Tests do not impact or affect any F9Host or third-party system other than your own applications.
F9Host is under no obligation to support, assist, or advise in connection with a Customer Test. All results must be disclosed promptly to [email protected] and will be treated as confidential.
5.7. Protection of the Services
F9Host reserves the right to immediately suspend all or part of your use of the services and take any other reasonable action to protect the services if:
- You fail to correct a violation of this section within 24 hours of our request.
- We reasonably believe that your use of the services harms our infrastructure, systems, networks, or other customers.
- We detect unauthorized third-party access to the services.
- We reasonably believe your use of the services causes or will cause F9Host to violate any applicable law.
F9Host will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of the basis for any suspension or action and will promptly end such suspension once the issue is resolved.
6. Service Suspension and Termination
- Immediate Suspension: If F9Host determines that you are violating any part of this AUP, your service may be suspended immediately until the issue is resolved.
- Resolution Process:
- You will be notified of any alleged violation via a support ticket, email, or other communication channels.
- If the violation is not resolved within the specified timeframe, your account may be subject to temporary or permanent suspension.
- Data Reclamation: In cases of permanent suspension, F9Host reserves the right to reclaim and repurpose any resources associated with your service, including the destruction of data stored on our servers.
7. Account Registration and Information
- Accurate Details Required: All new accounts must be registered with valid, verifiable information. Accounts registered with false details will be canceled and any prepaid services refunded.
- Single Account Policy: Multiple accounts per individual or entity are not permitted. It is your responsibility to maintain current and accurate identification information.
8. Backups and Data Management
- Service Backups: F9Host performs daily backups for disaster recovery purposes.
- Customer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining offsite backups of your data. F9Host is not liable for any data loss resulting from system failures, user error, or other unforeseen events.
9. Communication and Contact Information
- Maintaining Contact Information: You must maintain accurate and up-to-date contact details. F9Host will use these details to send important notifications regarding service status and potential violations.
- No Opt-Out for Critical Notices: Critical service notices cannot be opted out of, as they are essential for service continuity and compliance.
10. Reporting Abuse or Policy Violations

11. Modifications to the Policy

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- Service Interruptions: F9Host is not liable for any interruptions or service disruptions that occur for reasons beyond our control.
- Liability Cap: Our liability for negligence is limited to the amount equivalent to the charges paid for services during the period in question.
- No Warranties: Our services are provided “as is” without any expressed or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
